“Watcha Thinkin’?” Sept. 30, 2018
Intro: “Watcha Thinkin’?” “Nothin’” Pretty common stuff. The truth is that we are always thinking and it is our thoughts that guide the steps of our lives…unless emotions get unleashed and rip control out of our hands. Emotions are usually reactions to events in our lives and our thoughts. We often cannot control the events in our lives but we can choose to control what we think about. We get out of balance when our thoughts do not concur with our actions. We become unhealthy when our emotions rule over our thoughts.
